Must Love Dogs....amongst other things
Typical holiday tradition for our family is raiding blockbuster and renting all sorts of movies and games for my brothers, and this year would be no different. Lucky for me last Summer's Romantic Comedy Hit, " Must Love Dogs" staring Diane Lane and the Wonderfully Brilliant and Charming John Cusack, was my first choice. I never got to see it, but Kari Kennedy assured me that it was my kind of movie and that I would love it; and of course she was right. :-)The basis is a newly divorced woman who seeks to find love again and does this through an online dating service. One of her criteria in her profile is , must love Dogs, and ironically she meets john cusack at the park and they both show up with their dogs......i'm sure you can all guess how the rest of the movie went from there. So I began pondering what some "Must's" are for me; besides the obvious of Love Jesus......loving dogs is a much more siplistic love, but for Diane Lane in the movie, was an important one needless to say. You should know that I am aware of the shallowness of these things, and that I shouldnt put limits or such strict criteria and what the person I could marry someday "must" be like, but this is merely just for fun and b/c I just watched the movie, these are just the random thoughts going through my head.
So I might say if that was me, Must love kids.....Must love Basketball or at least love taking me to games and watching it,and loving my beloved Mavericks wouldnt hurt.......or Must have a passionate love for music, playing it, listening to it, watching live music, all of the above........a Must love of laughing.....a love of traveling......a love for knowledge and for people......As for animals, i dont so much care, definitely not a cat person though thats for sure, but Dogs are great...This whole idea is probably making most of you gag right now, I'm sure, but thats ok, because if you know me at all, I'm sure you are not a bit surprised that I would think about such things. ;-)
Christmas is almost here I cant believe it! We start the non stop festivities here starting tomm night through the day after christmas; and so the craziness begins :-)

We all have little things that we want the other person to have, but when it all comes down to it none of them matter. I think the only thing that matter is when you look in to the other person’s eyes or think about the other person or what ever, a fire burns deep in your hart that you love that person no matter what and all the little things go away.
